I don’t recognize the charge on my credit card statement

We are using several different companies to handle our memberships. This means that there are several different names which can appear. When you subscribe you will be sent an email with the information and the name that will appear on your statement. If you do not recognize the charge then you can use the following button to inquiry the unrecognized charge by are support desk.

How can I verify I’m successfully cancelled?

Upon cancellation you will be sent an email with a confirmation message. If you cannot locate this email please check your spam folder.

How does the trial membership work?

The trial membership is a way to check out our member area before you decide to upgrade to the full membership. Once the trial period is over you will automatically enroll into a full membership which comes with all the benefits of the regular memberships.
